Commercial Delivery Driver Crashes Into Car
FACTS: Client, an automobile passenger injured after a commercial delivery driver failed to stop at a stop sign, causing a roll over crash. Delivery driver cited for reckless driving. Before the crash, client was her husband’s primary caregiver.
INJURIES: Injuries to head, neck (central disc protrusion) back, hips, and shoulders. Left shoulder required surgery to repair SLAP tears.
