PORTLAND, OR – The man who was killed when a vehicle plowed into his tent on I-205 Sunday night has been identified by police.

According to KPTV, the incident occurred at about 3:20 a.m. when 20-year-old April Johnson lost control of her vehicle near Southeast Powell Boulevard and crashed into the man’s tent.

The victim, Terrence Tombe, died at the scene.

Johnson is now facing charges of criminally negligent homicide, driving under the influence and reckless driving.
