PORTLAND, OR – A woman was killed when she was hit by a car while walking on US-30 in northwest Portland last Thursday.

According to a report by KATU, 41-year-old Amy Bybee was walking on the highway near the Wildwood Golf Course when she was hit by an SUV.

Bybee suffered fatal injuries in the wreck. It is unclear if the man in the SUV will face any charges at this time.
