Pedestrian seriously injured in crash on N. Kerby Ave.

PORTLAND, OR – Police say a pedestrian was seriously injured when they were struck by a vehicle near Emanuel Hospital this morning.

According to a report by PDX Traffic, the crash took place just before 11 a.m. along North Kerby Avenue, just west of the hospital.
