PORTLAND, OR – The two men killed in a north Portland crash last Thursday have been identified by police officials.

According to KATU, 27-year-old Jessie R. Ugelstad and 36-year-old Steven C. Alcorn Jr. were killed when their vehicle struck a utility pole near North Lombard Street and Chautauqua Boulevard.

Police say the victims were traveling east at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control of their 2018 Honda Civic and crashed off the side of the road. Both men were ejected and pronounced dead a short time later.

A third unidentified victim remains hospitalized with unknown injuries.
