Crash delays rush-hour traffic on I-405 at US-26

PORTLAND, OR – A rush-hour crash caused major delays in downtown Portland this morning.

According to PDX Traffic, the incident occurred at about 8:18 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-405 at the US-65 exit ramp.
