PORTLAND, OR – Commuters in the Gresham area faced major delays resulting from a rush-hour collision on I-84 on Tuesday.

According to PDX Traffic, the crash took place just before 7:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to 181st Avenue.

Little information regarding the cause of the crash is available at this time.

Commuters were advised to proceed with caution in the area as delays and poor road conditions were reported throughout the morning.
