PORTLAND, OR – All southbound lanes on I-5 were blocked following a major collision early Friday morning.
According to Portland Police, the four-vehicle collision took place shortly after midnight in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the I-84 interchange.

The cause of the crash is not clear at this time. However, police believe speed may have been a factor.
