On Saturday, February 1, 2020, Richard Rizk and Rizk Law paralegal, Paula Ruth offered Portland Community College (PCC) paralegal students the chance to get an inside view of Rizk Law.
“It’s about providing excellent customer service. Folks come to us hurt, scared and unfamiliar with the legal process. We listen, sincerely empathize and take complete responsibility for the injury claim so our client can focus on rebuilding his or her life.” Richard explained.
Richard stressed the importance of psychology, basic math and business writing fundamentals for those aspiring to work in personal injury. Paula Ruth is one of three PCC alumni at Rizk Law. Legal Assistant Daniel Sanderson and Paralegal Jill Chickering also attended PCC. Mr. Rizk expressed his appreciation for the PCC paralegal program and the high-quality paralegals it produces.
