AVVO Inside Out Video Featuring Josh King-2013

On March 1, 2013 Richard Rizk met with Vice President and General Counsel of AVVO, Josh King. AVVO is a Seattle based company that rates lawyers across the United States. Mr. King is recognized nationally as a First Amendment advocate and expert. He is a vocal critic of state bar associations who regulate the practice of law in sometimes constitutional ways and he has fended off lawsuits by lawyers who are unhappy with his or her AVVO rating. Richard and Josh discuss these issues as well as AVVO’s upcoming “Lawyernomics” conference in Las Vegas, changes within AVVO and AVVO Ignite, AVVO’s first online product designed for lawyers rather their clients and potential clients. INJURIES: Client suffered PTSD, including frequent nightmares and fractures to right arm, leading to several shoulder surgeries.

INJURIES: Fractured T3-T9 rib fractures requiring surgical repair with plates; transverse process L1-L5 fractured; pulmonary contusion, bruise on the left; simple pneumothorax resulting in pneumonia; seat belt abrasions on neck and around hips.
