FACTS: An uninsured driver In Portland, Oregon loaned his car to an person who, while under the influence of alcohol, failed to yield to the right of way to an oncoming car, driven by client. Those two cars them collided with our client’s stationary car. Client had pre-existing, unrelated concussion. Litigated case.
