Kyle Wagner

Kyle joined Rizk Law in 2019 as he wrapped up his first year at Lewis & Clark Law School.  He worked as a law clerk for Rizk Law for the next three years. During that time he soaked up the nuances of personal injury and insurance law. 

Kyle fought to regain his life after a severe cycling accident and the frustrating rehabilitation that followed. As a result, Kyle understands, firsthand, the difficulties of recovering from catastrophic injuries while faced with pesky insurance companies and mounting medical bills. 

Before his legal career, Kyle worked in the apparel industry for over a decade in business operations and finance.  His undergraduate degree is from UC Santa Barbara with honors, and he was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship at Lewis & Clark Law School.

Despite his accident, Kyle still loves road biking.
