CLACKAMAS, OR – A man from North Bend was fatally struck by a vehicle in Clackamas County on Saturday night.
According to a report by KEZI, 67-year-old James Ross Barclay was walking along Highway 213 near Southeast Otty Road when he was hit at about 10:30 p.m.
Investigators say the driver of the vehicle involved, 50-year-old Kendal Elizabeth Conley, was arrested on charges of DUI and criminally negligent homicide.
The highway was blocked for several hours while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
