Emily Miller is a paralegal with a passion for plaintiff-side personal injury law and a commitment to helping clients navigate the legal process during challenging times.

She earned her associate degree in paralegal studies from Portland Community College, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and earning a place on the President’s List. Emily brings litigation experience from both defense and plaintiff-side practice.

Her prior work provided a solid foundation in legal research, drafting, discovery, and case preparation. She assists with medical record review, case organization, communicating with potential witnesses, legal drafting, and preparing materials to support clients’ claims.

With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Emily also brings strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to her work.

She approaches each case with compassion, diligence, and careful attention to detail, helping clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. Outside the office, Emily is a singer-songwriter, pianist, and self-taught rhythm guitarist. She also holds an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Fashion Design and still enjoys sewing from time to time.

She enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old boxer and taking walks together up Mt. Tabor.
