Daniel is a son of immigrants seeking a better life in America. While attending Portland Community College (PCC) Dan discovered his love for law, history, and ferreting out truth through creative and persistent investigative techniques. Dan holds a paralegal associate degree. He is currently continuing his studies with the aim of a bachelor’s degree in Criminology / Criminal Justice at Portland State University.

With a background in elderly care and customer service, he enjoys doing his best for our clients and their claims. In his spare time, Dan enjoys reading, trying new ethnic recipes and listening to true crime podcasts.

INJURIES: Fractured T3-T9 rib fractures requiring surgical repair with plates; transverse process L1-L5 fractured; pulmonary contusion, bruise on the left; simple pneumothorax resulting in pneumonia; seat belt abrasions on neck and around hips. Left hand lacerations. Middle finger cut. Arm and leg bruises.

FACTS: An Oregon coastal postal worker’s van was rear-ended and then forced into a ditch by a commercial dump truck driver. Litigated case.
