Officers respond to crash near Columbia Ridge Marina

PORTLAND, OR – A crash early this morning caused delays for commuters near the Columbia River in west Portland, PDX Traffic reports.

The collision took place near the intersection of Northeast Marine Drive and 185th Drive, just outside of the Columbia Ridge Marina.
