Motorcyclist crashes while fleeing Woodburn police

WOODBURN, OR – A 39-year-old man was killed in a crash while fleeing from police in Woodburn early Saturday morning.

According to KXL, Oscar Martinez was recklessly driving his motorcycle outside of the End Zone Bar and Grill near Highway 214, prompting police response.

In an attempt to flee officers, Martinez crashed into another vehicle.

It is unclear if Martinez was injured in the crash. However, the driver in the second vehilce was hospitalized in unknown condition.
