PORTLAND, OR – At least one person was injured in a collision in Portland’s Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.
According to PDX Alerts, the crash took place at about 1:16 p.m. at the intersection of Southeast 112th Street and Powell Boulevard.
