PORTLAND, OR – A collision involving three vehicles blocked a busy interchange in downtown Portland this morning.

According to a report by PDX Traffic, the crash occurred at about 7:45 a.m. along the ramp from I-5 southbound to I-84 eastbound.

The events leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. However, traffic camera photos from the scene show three vehicles blocking the far left lane.
