(That\u2019s about $2,392 month \u2013 or $28,704 per year \u2013 for a family of two.) You can be eligible for Healthy Kids if you earn up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. (That\u2019s about $3,891 per month \u2013 or $46,692 per year \u2013 for a family of two).Those who meet the 2014 income limits for Medicaid (138% of the Federal Poverty Level, equal to $1,784 per month \u2013 or $21,408 per year \u2013 for a family of two) will receive a fast-track enrollment letter from the Oregon Health Authority, to let them know how to enroll.
