As we neared close to settling the case, I was involved in a second and then a third on-the-job, no fault auto accident. Each time I was hit, my injuries worsened and my self-worth deteriorated. Richard was caring, skillful and assertive. He definitely has a strong understanding of insurance law and state law and knows the practices of powerful insurance firms. Richard and Don knew how to build the cases, how to negotiate the cases between the multiple insurance firms and in the end I received the compensation and justice I deserved.
